Leonardo Hotel Galway
Biscuits and room service menu were not in the room when we arrived. This was corrected and we were offered a free breakfast. I didn't find the beds particularly comfortable despite the blurb about them and the pillows were rock hard. The maid was rude when we said we weren't ready for her to clean ...
